The Freeman Law Firm, P.C. was formed in September of 2000, by T. Ernest Freeman, the prinicpal shareholder.  Mr. Freeman has over 15 years of courtroom experience.  Through the years, the firm has established an excellent working relationship  with  corporate clients, as well as individuals, resulting in a track record of positive results for the clients we represent.

Each attorney has established a presence in their respective fields of practice at the pre-trial, trial and appellate levels.  The firm is a personal injury, entertainment, commercial litigation, and general liability firm with extensive experience in all areas.  We represent clients at both the state and federal court level and practice in a broad, multi-state geographic area.

The firm's goal is to provide considerable "hands on" personal service for our clients through every phase of the litigation process.  In addition, we welcome frequent calls and status inquiries outside of established reporting periods.

Pre-suit evaluation of claims can be promptly accomplished.  Case strategies are developed early on allowing us to better serve our clients' needs.

Full discovery of liability claims and damage arguments are conducted with consideration to our client's goals.  Our combined litigation experience and numerous jury trials have provided us with the polished and goal-oriented courtroom skills we use to promote successful results for our clients.

We have successfully handled large, complex cases including class actions, severe personal injury claims, large commercial suits, and disputes involving cutting-edge, entertainment issues.  The firm has handled cases that have been featured in The Washington Post and numerous other news outlets.  T. Ernest Freeman has  either appeared, or has cases that have been reported on television programs such as Celebrity Justice and Inside Edition.  Further, he is frequently interviewed for legal commentary on local television stations, as well as larger news organizations such as The Chicago Tribune.

T. Ernest Freeman has also dealt extensively in matters pertaining to internet domain names and a person's rights to same; recently, and in part based upon a briefing by him, the Southern District of Texas (for the first time anywhere in Texas, and virtually the first time in the nation) recognized an internet domain name as being an item of intangible personal property subject to a quiet title action.  In essence, this allows persons whose domain names were stolen to recover same even if the theft is not discovered for years.

We welcome any inquiries from prospective clients.
